1.The VEIKONG VFD550I series electro-hydraulic servo drive is a high-performance, dedicated drive solution for hydraulic systems. By combining advanced control algorithms, high-speed response capability, strong overload performance, and efficient energy-saving design, it greatly improves the stability, precision and productivity of hydraulic machinery. It is widely applied in injection molding machines, die-casting machines, hydraulic presses, hydraulic stations and other industrial equipment.

High-Precision Pressure & Flow Control


The VFD550I adopts a self-developed closed-loop pressure control algorithm, which realizes fast, accurate and stable pressure adjustment. The pressure response time can reach 20ms, with pressure overshoot ≤±1% and steady-state fluctuation ≤±0.5Bar. It supports 0.02s synchronous follow of pressure and flow commands, ensuring high consistency of product molding and effectively reducing reject rates.

Ultra-High Dynamic Response Performance


With excellent dynamic response characteristics, the system can quickly track flow and pressure signals, significantly shortening the working cycle of hydraulic machinery. The fast response speed greatly improves the operating efficiency of the whole machine, making equipment actions more sensitive and smooth, and achieving higher production efficiency under the same working conditions.

Outstanding Energy-Saving Performance


The system adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor matching and adaptive energy optimization control. It automatically adjusts the torque-speed ratio according to actual load demands to minimize unnecessary power loss. The energy-saving rate can reach 20%–60% in actual working conditions, which greatly reduces the power consumption cost of users and brings long-term economic benefits.

Strong Overload & Stable Operation Capacity


The drive has excellent overload resistance: 150% rated output current for 60 seconds and 180% rated output current for 10 seconds. It can maintain stable output under impact load, heavy load and sudden change working conditions, ensuring continuous and reliable operation of equipment, reducing downtime and improving overall production stability.

Multi-Pump Confluence & Diversion Control


Built-in CAN bus communication supports multi-pump combined control system, which can realize automatic switching between confluence and diversion. Multiple drives can work in master-slave mode to complete synchronous action or independent action at the same time. Compared with traditional single-pump or simple confluence systems, it has higher response speed and more flexible control, greatly shortening production cycles.

Wide Compatibility & Flexible Configuration


It supports both PMSM and asynchronous motor drive, and can match incremental encoder, resolver or encoderless vector control mode. Standard LED operation panel, optional dual-line LED or LCD panel, supports parameter copy, fault query, status monitoring and other functions, making commissioning and maintenance more convenient.

Rich Protection & Reliable Industrial Design


With complete fault protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheating and phase loss. The independent air duct design enhances heat dissipation performance; the motor features IP54 protection, low temperature rise (max 50°C), high rigidity and vibration resistance. It adapts to harsh industrial environments and ensures long-term stable operation.
